We love livestock and especially cattle. In them God has created an amazing animal capable of turning grass into a dense protein source for us. Our cattle are pasture raised and graze throughout the year. We supplement grain at the end of the finishing period while they continue to graze to enhance the flavor of the beef.
We do offer meat shares for those interested in quantities of frozen meat. There are two programs: 1) Steaks and Roasts 2) Cut Above Both of these are $7.50 per pound.
Steaks and Roasts. This requires reservation of a quarter, half, or whole animal. Along with steaks and roasts, this also includes ground beef.
Cut Above: This is our signature product where we grind the entire carcass. The result is a very lean and tasteful product. This requires reservation of 20 pounds or more.

We so much enjoyed building our truck and learned alot from researching and the building process that we decided to offer our services to others. We are very familiar with the Department of Health regulations on trucks and we would love to assist at any part of the build out.
Our food truck is a kitchen on wheels where we offer our Cut Above beef and Farm-made Ice Cream. Our commissary is permitted by both the Virginia Department of Health as well as the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The equipment includes walk in cooler and freezer as well as a large meat smoker and batch ice cream freezer.
